Simple and fast water activity measurement. The latest sensor and measurement technology together with a user-friendly design allows the measurement of the important quality parameter “aW-value”. Ideally suited to products with low to medium aW values such as powders and dried fruits.
The LabSwift-aw offers the possibility for portable measurements thanks to the optional lithium-ion battery. All data of measurement, including the desired protocols are stored on an SD card and can be transferred to a PC or printer. A program is available for data analysis. The LabSwift-aW excels with speed, high measurement accuracy, reproducibility and robustness.
Supplied with sample cups and 2 x reusable UKAS certified calibration salts.
